| NEUROPTERA, Myiodactylidae --  Images &
  <Juveniles>       [This group is generally included in the
  Nymphidae]   Clausen (1940) noted this as a separate family of Neuroptera,
  with only a few genera and species that were restricted to the Australian
  region and some South Pacific islands.   Larvae of Osmylops pallidus Banks are rather circular in
  outline, and bear conspicuous mandibles. 
  They inhabit the underside of eucalyptus leaves where they prey on
